Fulfilment

We manufacture millions of products per year on behalf of our clients, with a variety of price points and options to suit changing needs. Prima has a state of the art fulfillment system which works seamlessly to produce each individual order by automatically assigning the people, inventory and infrastructure required, and tracking progress at all times. And though efficiency is of utmost importance, quality is never sacrificed. We employ a dedicated quality control team to ensure quality is not compromised to hit a delivery window.

Integration

Enabling business at scale requires integration. We always seek the lowest cost and fastest approach to enable an integration, with a variety of options available to clients based on their needs, rather than a one size fits all approach. Prima offers our own API, Order Desk Integrations, Custom Gateway Integrations, Client API Integrations and even online order forms for clients who don’t have a lot of IT bandwidth.

Our Processes

Engagement

This stage involves understanding our clients needs – what they want to achieve, and the timeframes. Together we assess product range, specs, pricing, volume and commercials against a brand's objectives. Sometimes this phase can include samples or products produced to a clients specification.

IT Integration

Once a contract is signed, the onboarding phase starts. Depending on what sort of IT integration was agreed up, it can involve the client or Prima’s IT teams completing coding to set up messaging between entities.

Testing

The second part of the onboarding phase is testing. This involves physical and functional testing. Physical end-to-end testing is done for a few initial products. To pass, these orders need to arrive at their destination and all messaging is correct between us, the client and test customer. Once this is complete, functional testing is undertaken. This involves submitting test orders and Prima then checks if the rendered artwork matches required specs.

Go Live

Go live occurs once testing is complete. A forecast is provided and a launch date is agreed upon. Prima closely monitors the first initial 2 weeks of shipments to ensure no issues. Though the above process can be complex and time consuming, this mostly depends on a client’s response speed. Prima’s fastest go-live has been 4hrs from signing a contract.
